Baby Boomers and Beyond! (ages 45 - 62+)

"SrFit is a valuable resource for personal trainers who work with active older adults and with individuals of any age suffering from chronic disease. Tammy Petersen has done a wonderful job constructing a concise manual that clearly describes the many changes associated with aging (and inactivity), guidelines for senior exercise prescription, and strategies to more effectively work with this rapidly growing segment of our society. SrFit should be a primary reference in the libraries of all fitness professionals."
